 Ingredients:

– 5 tblsp almond butter

– 1 packet Aloha vanilla protein powder

– 4 tblsp almond milk

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

– 1/4 cup gluten-free oats

– 10 goji berries

– 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

1. Mix protein powder, almond butter and cinnamon together until fully blended. Add in almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time as you blend.

2. Add in oats and blend together

3. Roll mix into 1.5 inch balls

4. Coat bites in shredded coconut

5. Top each bite with 1 goji berry

Makes 10 bites.
