Immunity LOVE Elixir
- 3 leaves kale
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 lemon
- 1 knob of ginger
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 drops oregano oil
- 3 drops echinacea extract
Juice all ingredients and add in cayenne, oregano oil, and echinacea extract. Don’t have a juicer? Throw these bad boys in a blender! Recipe will yield more than 1 serving, but will come boasting a little bonus: fiber!
