Your source for nourishment, inspiration, and joy

Daluma in Berlin is serving up greens and a peaceful oasis in Berlin’s Mitte neighborhood. Our go-to on the way home from a long night of dancing. Juice It in Paris knows exactly what the city’s stylish residents need to stay radiant. A juice and walk through the nearby gardens are a perfect afternoon retreat. Green Street Juice Co. in Melbourne brought New York’s growing fascination with juicing down under and is transforming the lives of its already active community. We love that all juices are named after NYC! The Factory in Buenos Aires is perfectly located in our favorite neighborhood Palermo, snuggled between boutiques, book shops and cafes. Daily Juice in Singapore is changing the lives of its busy workers by making sure they are nourished and hydrated through the long hours. Moon Juice in Los Angeles sets the pace for what all other juice shops can and should be. Despite the city’s many organic offerings, this one can not be missed.

From our favorite yoga studio to our Sakara meal delivery, we know what makes us feel great at home. We know which instructor to book at SoulCycle, which restaurant to recommend to friends, and at what time we need to get to bed to wake up feeling refreshed. In other words, there’s that rythm that keeps us energized and vibrant when we’re at home, and it’s super easy to tap into.

We, however, are also world travelers, seekers who learn and grow by interacting with new cultures, lifestyles and ideas. Stepping on a plane, and outside our comfort zone, comes with certain challenges. We might not speak the language, are unaccustomed to the local cuisine, and can easily be thrown off our sleep schedules.

Thanks to a growing wellness movement around the globe, there are more healthy options abroad than ever before.

While eating greens is one of our core nutrition pillars, that can be hard to manage when traveling in foreign lands. A green juice is a great way to ensure you get in your daily greens quota and stay hydrated. Through our travels and research, we’ve identified the Sakara-approved juice shops in six of our favorite cities.

Click through the slideshow above to see images of each shop and tell us about your favorite foreign juice shops in the comments below!

DALUMA in Berlin

Daluma is known as Berlin’s most posh juice bar. The city, once known for its anti-commercialism and underground hotspots, is going healthy as more juice bars and vegan restaurants appear on the scene. Daluma opened in October 2014 and has since sold juices, smoothies, breakfasts (including the best chia seed pudding we’ve had in a while), and salads to a stylish crew who relax in the calming environment. Nobody goes home until well after the sun rises in Berlin so grab a juice on the way back to your hotel. Your body will thank you in the morning. Photo from Daluma’s Facebook.

JUICE IT in Paris

Heralded as Paris’ first true juice bar, Juice It’s organic juices and acai bowls are gaining a following among the fashion set known in the city. Just check out their Instagram. The small space is conveniently located a block away from the gardens of Le Palais Royal. Whether on business or pleasure, these greens (both to drink and lie in) are a pleasant break from our usual Parisian diets of macarons and croissants.  Photo from Juice It’s Facebook

THE FACTORY in Buenos Aires

The Factory is located in the bohemian neighborhood of Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires, which is filled with cobblestone streets where entrepreneurs are flocking to open boutiques, coffee shops, and specialty stores in old warehouses and colonial-style homes. It fancies itself as the only juice bar in Buenos Aires, but was actually started by two expats and their tale towards juicedom includes love, a smuggled juicer, and cultural clashes. Photo from The Factory’s Facebook.

GREEN STREET JUICE CO. in Melbourne

Green Street Juice Co pulls inspiration directly from our home in SoHo. The owners started their path towards health and wellness while living in the neighborhood and brought everything they learned back to Melbourne. Its cold-pressed juices are all named after NYC locations like the “BDFM” (100% oranges) and “Empire State” (carrot, green apple, astragalus), providing travel inspiration and nutrients to their customers. Photo from Green Street Juice Co.’s Facebook.

DAILY JUICE in Singapore

Daily Juice sells and delivers cold pressed juices in the central business district, known as CBD to locals, in Singapore. Its goal is to get Singapore’s busy residents to drink juice daily. Its founder Su discovered the benefits of juicing firsthand as it helped her father overcome a cancer scare. Ever since, Su has been dedicated to spreading the word throughout her city. Photo from Daily Juice’s Facebook.

MOON JUICE in Los Angeles

Moon Juice is our absolute favorite juice shop to stop by when we are in Los Angeles. It truly sets the pace for what all other juice shops can and should be with an attention to quality and detail that is hard to match. Its founder, Amanda, is spreading so much more than delicious juice with a constant and loving message on how to ground ourselves through greens and positive thoughts. Moon Juice is the perfect pick-me-up between Sakara meals whether we’re in the sunny city for business or play. Photo from Moon Juice’s Facebook
