DREAMY MANGO SMOOTHIE FOR GLOW-Y SKIN

RECIPE

serves 2

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1-3 medjool dates (depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, in no particular order.
  • Blend until creamy, dreamy and smooth.
