Blissful Day Recipe:
- Wake up – meditate
- Sex
- 1 shot of apple cider vinegar
- Cup of green tea
- Hot bath
- Yoga Asana practice
- Bowl of warm Kitchari
- Work for 4 hours
- Lunch: plants, beans, squash
- Quick meditative reset
- Work for 4 hours
- Short cardio: jog, bike, etc
- Sex
- Dinner: plants, squash, clean protein
- Brisk walk outside
- Read or idiot box (aka TV…guilty)
- Sleep
Key Things To Keep In Mind:
- Limit social media browsing. Put the phone down
- Don’t argue with people, It’s not worth it
- Always, always do things for others
- Eat clean
- Smile
- Spend as much time outside as possible
